Went to the Rijks Museum, Amsterdam, today. This museum has been closed for 10 years due to refurbishment and only opened 2 months ago.
The building on its own is a masterpiece; truly stunning.
Inside is equally as beautiful, every inch of masonry has been hand painted in the minutest of detail. Glance upto the ceiling and once again…absolutely awe inspiring!
I haven’t even mentioned the paintings!
